As homelessness has become more visible across Canada, street outreach teams have grown in response. But the team in Lambton County, Ontario, is doing something truly exceptional.
Since forming in 2023, they have helped transition more than 80 people directly from the streets into stable housing. Their secret? A singular, dedicated focus on walking alongside individuals experiencing homelessness, supporting them every step of the way until they find a safe, affordable place to call home.
